Functional Integrated Acupuncture
A biomedical acupuncture certificate program designed by Dr. Mark Scappaticci and CMCC Continuing Education — built for working healthcare professionals.
Overview
This unique blended learning program consists of three modules built out of the extensive clinical experience of Dr. Scappaticci and his work with top performing athletes across professional and Olympic sports.
The 200 hour program is comprised of lecture presentation, supervised practical lab work, assigned self study and assessments.
The newly revised program now includes four in-person days instead of six, with an expanded online component — making it more accessible with a significantly reduced program fee.

- A Mandatory Textbook will be provided: An Introduction to Western Medical Acupuncture
- Additional Required Reading: Online documents associated with Modules 2 and 3 are to be provided via your learner’s account as “Resources”
- Printed Class Notes and Lab Manuals included
- Online assessments for Modules 2 and 3 available following on-site sessions
Continuing Education Credits
